Overview
This website is a purely static site. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no embedded third-party content and no contact forms, and it does not store or read any information on your device within the meaning of § 25 TDDDG. The only personal data processed is what is technically necessary to deliver the website to your browser, and anything you choose to send us by e-mail.
Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted on a server operated by us on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean, LLC, 101 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10013, USA. The server is located in a data center in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, so your data is processed within the European Union. We have concluded a data processing agreement with DigitalOcean pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. In the event that personal data is nevertheless transferred to the USA, such transfer is safeguarded by DigitalOcean's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. Details are available in DigitalOcean's privacy policy.
When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes technical information that your browser transmits, including your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested resource, browser type and operating system. This data is processed in server log files for the purpose of delivering the website reliably and securely.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and efficient provision of this website. Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short retention period, unless it is required for security purposes.
Contact by E-Mail
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and the content of your message) will be processed solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. We retain such correspondence only as long as necessary to handle the inquiry or as required by statutory retention obligations.
